All Contacts Database

The All Contacts Database is a place to store contacts from all cases. Individual records may be copied in whole to individual cases and records stored in cases may be dropped into this database. From this database you may call a contact using the phone dialer, send an e-mail message using Microsoft Outlook or create a letter using Microsoft Word.

Individual contact records may be assigned a type category. The database may be filtered to look for individuals who meet the category criteria you are searching for.

Contacts may be imported from or exported to Microsoft Outlook.
