Case E-Mailbox

The case e-mail box is designed to contain messages imported from Outlook that are related specifically to a particular case. First, the Import mailbox is used to import and filter messages from the Outlook inbox and sent items box. Once the messages have been sent from the import mailbox, they appear in the case e-mail box.

Print Preview and Print

The Print button invokes the print preview window allowing you to view the message as it would appear in print and print the message if desired.
