
Advocate 2002 's Client Database maintains your client contacts for use within your cases. Clients may be entered directly into Law Partner's Case Database or imported from Microsoft Outlook. Client records created directly in Law Partner may also be exported to Microsoft Outlook.

When an address field is complete with a mailing address, this button will appear in the record enabling the Advocate 2002 Create Letter Wizard. When pressed, the user may create a letter with fields already completed and open an instance of Microsoft Word.
When an e-mail address is entered in the e-mail field, this button appears in this record making it possible to send the contact an Outlook E-Mail message by pressing the button.
If a telephone number exists in a phone number field, the phone dialer button is enabled, making it possible to use the automatic dialer to phone the contact.
