Deposition Q & A

The deposition database is designed for building question lists and later the place to enter and catalog responses to deposition questions. Deposition Q & A records may be printed in two different formats. One prerequisite for entering deposition questions is that Witnesses must first be setup in the Witness List.

Deposition Reports

Deposition questions and answers may be printed using the three methods shown above. First, select the witness then select the report type. Examples of each report are shown below:

Questions and Responses

Designed to be used to print the Q & A from a deposition that has been completed.

Questions Only

Ideal for preparing interrogatories or depositions.

Questions Only, One Question Per Page

This is ideal for taking into the deposition with you because it provides the question and plenty of room to write the response and make notations specifically for the question printed.
