DiscoveryMinder

The Advocate Discovery Minder catalogs discovery items, descriptions, exhibit numbers, client position on discovery, opposing party's position and lets you set witnesses to question about a particular discovery item. Additionally, a document, photograph or audio recording saved to a disk file may be linked to the item and viewed or e-mailed to another person or persons. Items that become exhibits may be properly cataloged and the list printed in the Exhibit manager.

The Discovery Minder allows you to create Outlook Tasks and Advocate To Do Items so that due dates on interrogatories and other answers may be accounted for and carried out.
