The phone call tracker records all call activity conducted through the dialer and incoming calls taken using the call timer. The call journal is recorded in the call tracker for the selected case after the call has been completed. Answer Incoming Calls by pressing the receiver icon on the status bar. Place outgoing calls using the phone icon in the Client Database, Other Parties Database or Court Address Book.
The call tracker records details of both incoming and outgoing calls plus additional entries may be created manually using the Add button in the Phone Call Tracker.
