Witness List

The Witness List is a contact database of witnesses for your case and also a place to keep the details of a witness' expected testimony. Used in conjunction with the Deposition Q &A database, the witness list will aid in planning the deposition questions and provide an organized place to catalog the responses.

Witness Reports

Two types of reports are available for your witness records. The Detailed Report prints complete witness information one witness per page, with additional space for handwritten notes. The Witness List displays the names of all witnesses and basic information. See the examples shown below.
