Phone Dialer / Call Timer

While using the All Contacts Database or the Parties Involved Database, the phone icon will be visible in any telephone number field which is not empty. To initiate a telephone call with the party, select the phone number desired and press the icon command button.

Phone Call Tracker

The phone call tracker automatically records the time, date, person called, conversation, duration of call etc. and places the record in the case selected in the dialer. The tracker also maintains information about received calls which are answered using the receive call feature (phone receiver icon located at the bottom right of the program status bar).
